Our industry needs you. We have all been experiencing challenges when navigating the primary issues that this industry faces. Many other trade organizations have had success before us, and it is our time to rise up. We know you are busy, so we have created many different ways to get involved, and your input is vital. Simply by getting our newsletter and participating in industry surveys you are providing us data to use in our advocacy efforts and we will keep you informed along the way. • Challenges that comes from a disconnected, fragmented industry that is not communicating for its our betterment.

• We hold in-person membership meetings and send a newsletter to keep you informed of issues, practical strategies for handling challenges, safety support, and the progress we are making with advocacy efforts.
